Our Mission:
McAuley Red was founded out of a deep passion for supporting families navigating the often complex educational landscape, particularly in relation to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Founder’s Experience:
Our founder, Michelle, brings over 15 years of professional experience in the SEN field, alongside personal insight as the parent of a teenager with SEN. She has also navigated higher education with her own SEN labels. Having walked these paths herself, Michelle understands the challenges families face in ensuring a child receives the education they deserve.

Our Team:
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals, with a combination of formal training, hands-on experience, and lived insight into SEND and home education. This allows us to offer support from multiple perspectives and truly understand the unique needs of each family.

Proven Support:
We have supported numerous families across Southwark and beyond, helping them navigate SEND assessments, home education options, and school placements with confidence. By combining professional knowledge with genuine empathy, we create a supportive environment where families feel informed, understood, and empowered to make decisions about their children's education.

Future Support:
Looking ahead, we intend to extend our support to families with non-complex immigration issues, providing guidance alongside our existing education services. Our goal is to offer the same empathetic, knowledgeable, and practical support to help families navigate these challenges with confidence.
